COLLECTING OPERA POSTCARD SETS

Liebig Extract Cards

1872 marked the beginning of the publication of the colored lithographed Liebig cards. Each series of had 6 or 12 cards. The sets were produced up until the second World War but more cards, of lesser quality, have been edited until the seventies. The cards have been published in German, French, Spanish, Italian etc language. The series 1-1164 are the mostly collected Liebig trading cards.
